Salary: $110,000–$200,000 annually (DOE)
A well-respected New Hampshire law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established firm that values professionalism, client relationships, and career growth.
Responsibilities:
Advise clients on estate planning, trust administration, probate, and asset protection strategies.
Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
Assist clients with estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings.
Provide legal guidance on estate tax planning, wealth preservation, and succession planning.
Qualifications:
Active New Hampshire Bar license required.
Minimum of 3 years of trusts and estates experience.
Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
Excellent drafting, communication, and client relationship management skills.
Compensation: $110,000–$200,000 annually, depending on experience.
