The Practice

• Guardianships, both contested and uncontested (the core focus)
• Probate litigation and uncontested probate
• Business litigation

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $110,000–$165,000 DOE
• Tiered performance bonus once you've covered your cost
• Salary review every work anniversary

• Health insurance 100% paid for the employee (optional family coverage at employee cost)
• Billable requirement: 1,500 hours

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of probate experience (contested or uncontested)
• Litigators outside probate with strong motion practice skills are welcome
• A self-starter who takes initiative, is willing to take smart risks, and learns from mistakes

Schedule: Full-time, in office (no remote or hybrid).
