Job Description

Our client, a growing, multi-discipline engineering and consulting firm with offices across the Midwest, is seeking a Civil Engineering Lead to guide its civil team in the Milwaukee area and help expand its client base.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the civil engineering group, including technical direction, staffing, and quality control
• Oversee site development, utility, stormwater, and infrastructure design
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships
• Mentor engineers and designers and support professional growth
• Contribute to proposals, business development, and strategic growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license; Wisconsin preferred
• 10+ years of civil engineering consulting experience
• Prior experience leading teams or a technical group
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong communication skills
