Location: Plano, TX 75024

A well-established commercial general contractor in North Dallas is looking for a Project Manager to lead ground-up and renovation projects across the Plano and Collin County area. You'll run your projects from preconstruction through closeout with a team that values clear communication and follow-through.

What You'll Do

- Lead commercial projects from preconstruction and buyout through closeout
- Own project budgets, schedules, cost reports, and change orders
- Manage subcontractor scopes, contracts, and procurement
- Partner with superintendents to keep jobs safe, on schedule, and built to quality
- Run owner and architect meetings and keep clients informed with regular updates
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, and project documentation

What You Bring

- 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
- A track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
- Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and scheduling
- Comfort with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Organized, dependable, and a confident communicator
