Job Description

A structural steel team near Pearland is hiring a BIM/VDC Coordinator to lead 3D modeling and digital coordination. You'll connect the field, shop, and design team and catch clashes before they become costly fixes.

What you'll do

• Create and manage 3D models in Tekla Structures, Navisworks, and Revit
• Lead clash detection and coordination meetings with trades and engineers
• Support detailing, fabrication, and erection teams with model-based workflows
• Keep models, standards, and project files organized and current
• Help improve VDC processes and technology across projects

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of BIM/VDC experience in steel, construction, or engineering
• Hands-on experience with Tekla, Navisworks, and/or Revit
• Understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Compensation & benefits

• $85K–$105K based on experience
• Benefits package
