Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager from preconstruction through closeout
- Track budgets, cost reports and forecasts
- Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders and pay applications
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects and owners
- Help keep project schedules on track and up to date
- Support safety and quality standards on every jobsite
Assistant Project Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of commercial construction experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with diverse ground-up commercial projects
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Consistent work history
- Open to candidates relocating to El Paso, TX
Assistant Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:
- $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
