Commercial Construction Project Manager

Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Build and manage budgets, cost forecasts and schedules
- Buy out subcontractors and suppliers and manage contracts
- Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders and monthly billing
- Partner with superintendents to keep work safe and on schedule
- Be the main point of contact for owners and architects
Project Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience on diverse commercial projects
- Experience with both ground-up and renovation work
- Strong cost control, scheduling and communication skills
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred, not required
- Consistent work history
Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:
- $95,000 - $125,000 depending on experience
