Commercial Construction Superintendent
A well-respected commercial general contractor in South Central Pennsylvania is seeking a Superintendent to join their growing team! They build a diverse mix of commercial projects, including new construction, additions and renovations. Most work is close to home, with occasional travel assignments that last no more than 3 to 6 months. Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Run daily jobsite operations from mobilization to turnover
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and trade partners
- Maintain look-ahead schedules and track progress
- Lead site safety and quality on every project
- Communicate daily with the project manager, owners and inspectors
- Manage punch lists and project closeout
Superintendent Qualifications:
- 5+ years of superintendent experience on diverse commercial projects
- Ground-up and renovation experience
- Willing to travel occasionally for assignments of 3 to 6 months max
- Consistent work history
Superintendent Compensation & Benefits:
- $95,000 - $125,000 depending on experience
