A well-established commercial general contractor based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is hiring a Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects across the region and beyond. If you like new sites, new challenges, and owning a job from mobilization to turnover, this is a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Lead field operations on commercial projects such as retail, office, light industrial, and hospitality
• Mobilize new sites, set up logistics, and get trade partners working safely and efficiently
• Build and manage look-ahead schedules with the Project Manager to keep work on track
• Run the site safety program and hold everyone to a high standard
• Manage inspections, quality control, punch lists, and closeout
• Keep owners, architects, and the project team informed with clear daily reports

What You Bring

• 5+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
• Willingness to travel for project assignments
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and building codes
• A safety-first mindset (OSHA 30 is a plus)
• Steady leadership and calm problem solving when plans change
