Job Description

Take ownership of the jobsite with a commercial general contractor that trusts its Superintendents to lead. With ground-up projects lined up, this award-winning builder is seeking an experienced field leader who knows how to coordinate trades, drive the schedule, and deliver quality work from mobilization through closeout.

You’ll have the authority to run your projects and support from project managers and leadership who understand what it takes to get the work done.

Travel to project sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations on ground-up commercial projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, site logistics, and construction sequencing
• Develop and manage schedules and look-aheads to keep milestones on track
• Anticipate conflicts and resolve field issues before they delay work
• Maintain quality standards and enforce jobsite safety
• Lead jobsite meetings and communicate progress, priorities, and challenges to the project team
• Manage punch lists and closeout for an organized turnover

Requirements

• Superintendent experience leading ground-up commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, plans, and field operations
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades and hold subcontractors accountable
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and ownership of project results
• Willingness to travel to project locations
