About the Role

A well-established property restoration company in [CITY/REGION] is hiring a Restoration Carpenter to put homes and businesses back together after water, fire, smoke, and mold losses. • Perform rough and finish carpentry, including framing, subfloor, doors, windows, trim, baseboard, and cabinet installation
  • Hang, tape, mud, and texture drywall, and match existing finishes and textures
  • Handle painting, flooring, insulation, and general repair work as assigned
  • Protect occupied homes and job sites with floor protection, dust control, and containment, and leave work areas clean every day
  • Take progress and completion photos, and keep job notes current (DASH, Encircle, or similar)
  • Communicate professionally with property owners, tenants, and the project manager on schedule and scope changes
  • Load, clean, and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Respond to emergency and after-hours calls as part of an on-call rotation
  • Follow OSHA and EPA lead-safe (RRP) safety and job standards

Required Qualifications and Credentials

  • 2+ years of residential carpentry, construction, or reconstruction trades experience (insurance restoration experience preferred)
  • Skilled in rough and finish carpentry and drywall; painting and flooring a plus

  • Own basic hand tools; able to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and wear PPE
  • A valid driver's license is required; driving to job sites is an essential function of the role, and the driving record must meet company insurance requirements.
  • EPA RRP and OSHA 10 a plus

Why Join

  • $23 to $28 per hour plus overtime and performance bonus
