Job Description

Ready to run safety for an entire fabrication operation? A structural steel fabrication company with three local shops is filling its Safety Director role immediately. You'll report directly to leadership and guide safety across all three locations.

What you'll do

• Shape, lead and continually improve the safety program at all 3 fabrication shops
• Monitor safety metrics and brief leadership on results
• Oversee OSHA compliance along with inspections, audits and incident investigations
• Recognize hazards early and make sure corrective actions get done
• Train shop leaders and crews in safe fabrication practices

What we're looking for

• Experience overseeing safety at multiple local sites
• Thorough understanding of OSHA standards
• Safety leadership history in structural steel fabrication or a similar industrial/manufacturing environment
• Steel erection safety experience will also be considered

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$120K base salary
• Bonus based on company performance
