Job Description

A well-respected litigation firm south of Boston is adding an experienced Insurance Defense Trial Attorney. You'd step into an established caseload and run your files independently from day one. They're ready to move quickly for the right person.

What you'll do

• Take over an active insurance defense caseload, including auto accident and premises liability matters
• Manage cases from intake through resolution with minimal ramp-up
• Take cases to trial, including first-chair work
• Work closely with firm leadership and help manage a busy docket

What you bring

• JD and an active Massachusetts bar license
• About 5 years of insurance defense experience
• Trial experience is required, ideally first-chair with a handful of trials
• Comfort managing a full caseload on your own
• Located within commuting distance of the South Shore of Massachusetts
