Job Description

A community bank in Johnstown is seeking a Credit Analyst to support its lenders across Weld County and northern Colorado. You'll partner with loan officers on underwriting and risk ratings, with room to grow into lending or a senior credit role.

Responsibilities:

• Spread financial statements and tax returns for business and ag borrowers
• Analyze and risk-rate new credit requests and existing lines
• Prepare credit write-ups for lenders and loan committee review
• Contribute to month-end, regulatory, and loan portfolio reports
• Keep loan files in compliance with policy and regulations
• Share what you know and help train newer analysts

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• A year or more of credit analysis at a bank is preferred
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Team player who works well with lenders
• Interested in a career path toward lending or credit
