A respected Fort Worth business law firm is seeking an employment law associate or lateral attorney to counsel and defend employers across North Texas.
Responsibilities
- Advise employers on workplace policies, compliance, hiring, discipline, and terminations
- Defend clients in employment litigation and agency charges
- Draft employment agreements, handbooks, and separation documents
- Research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Requirements
- Management-side employment law experience; associate and lateral candidates considered
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas
- Strong research, writing, and client communication skills
Compensation and benefits

Work arrangement
Full-time, in office in Fort Worth.
