Job Description

A full-service San Antonio law firm is seeking a labor and employment attorney to counsel employers and handle their employment litigation.

Responsibilities

- Advise employers on preventive compliance, policies, and personnel decisions

- Defend clients in employment litigation and administrative charges

- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and employment agreements

- Take and defend depositions and appear in court

Requirements

- 2-7+ years of employer-side labor and employment experience

- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas

- Litigation experience, including depositions and motion practice

- Strong research and writing skills

Compensation and benefits

Work arrangement

Full-time, in office in San Antonio.
