A trial-focused defense litigation firm is seeking a litigation associate in Dallas to defend businesses in high-stakes matters, including labor and employment claims.
Responsibilities
- Defend business clients in civil litigation, including labor and employment claims
- Manage cases from intake through discovery, motions, and trial
- Take and defend depositions and argue motions
- Research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Work closely with trial partners on case strategy
Requirements
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience; defense-side experience preferred
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas
- Deposition and motion practice experience
- Strong research and writing skills

Full-time, in office in Dallas.
