A full-service South Texas business law firm is seeking an insurance defense associate in San Antonio to defend insured clients in civil litigation.
Responsibilities
- Defend insured individuals and businesses in civil litigation
- Manage cases from intake through discovery, motions, and trial
- Take and defend depositions and argue motions
- Report to clients and carriers on case strategy and status
Requirements
- 3+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas
- Deposition and motion practice experience
- Strong research and writing skills
Compensation and benefits
- $110K+ base, based on experience
Work arrangement
Full-time, in office in San Antonio.
