Labor & Employment Attorney: Management-Side Practice with Hybrid Flexibility in King of Prussia

Our client, a well-regarded suburban Philadelphia firm, is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its King of Prussia office. The group represents employers in discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour litigation, and counsels clients on workplace policies and compliance.

This is a hybrid position. You will divide your week between the King of Prussia office and home.

What You'll Do

• Defend employers in state and federal court and before administrative agencies
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and position statements
• Take and defend depositions and attend mediations and hearings
• Advise clients on handbooks, investigations, and employment decisions
• Conduct training and compliance reviews for business clients

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of labor and employment experience
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Sound judgment and excellent client service
• Comfort working on a hybrid schedule
