Job Description

A well-established, locally owned CPA firm in Lancaster County, PA is looking for a Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager to join its team. The firm has a strong, healthy client base made up mostly of individuals and small businesses across a variety of industries. This role is on-site to start, with hybrid flexibility after 6 to 12 months.

What you'll do

• Prepare and review individual and small business tax returns
• Manage engagements and serve as a trusted point of contact for clients
• Mentor, train and review the work of staff and seniors
• Collaborate with partners and the team to deliver high-quality service

What you bring

• CPA preferred; EA will also be considered
• Public accounting tax experience with both preparation and review
• Experience managing engagements and mentoring team members
• Comfortable working directly with clients
• A collaborative team player
