Job Description

A local bank in Charles City is confidentially hiring a Branch Manager to lead its branch and serve customers throughout Floyd County and northeast Iowa. You'll coach the team, grow deposits and loans, and be a visible part of the community.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and develop the branch team
• Build deposit and loan relationships through outreach and referrals
• Take care of consumer and small business loan requests
• Oversee everyday branch operations, security, and compliance
• Stay involved in Charles City community groups and events
• Keep customer service friendly, accurate, and consistent

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of experience in banking
• Prior experience managing people or originating loans
• Solid knowledge of branch operations and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and community focus
• Organized and motivated by goals
