Job Description

A community bank in Wellington is seeking a Credit Analyst to support its lending team across Larimer County and northern Colorado. You'll partner with loan officers on underwriting and risk ratings, with room to move into lending or senior credit.

Responsibilities:

• Spread and review financial statements and tax returns for borrowers
• Risk-rate new loan requests and existing lines of credit
• Write credit summaries for lenders and loan committee
• Assist with month-end, regulatory, and loan portfolio reports
• Make sure loan files follow policy and regulations
• Help onboard and train newer analysts

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• A year or more of bank credit work preferred
• Solid spreadsheet and analytical skills
• Collaborative and easy for lenders to work with
• Wants a long-term path toward lending or credit
