A local bank in Walsenburg is confidentially looking for a Branch Manager to lead its team and serve customers throughout Huerfano County and southern Colorado. You'll coach staff, grow deposits and loans, and be active in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and lead the branch staff day to day
• Grow deposits and loans through calling and referrals
• Work consumer and small business lending requests
• Manage branch operations, security, and compliance
• Represent the bank at Walsenburg community events
• Make every customer visit friendly and accurate

Qualifications:

• Three-plus years of community banking experience
• Past experience leading a team or lending
• Good grasp of branch operations and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Goal-focused and well organized
