Job Description

A community bank in Powell is confidentially hiring a Commercial Lender to grow business banking across Park County and northern Wyoming. You'll develop new relationships, underwrite and structure credit, close loans, and service a commercial portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business relationships through outreach and referrals
• Get to know client goals and recommend credit and deposit solutions
• Analyze financials and structure commercial loans
• Prepare loan memos and see documents through closing
• Open accounts and introduce treasury management services
• Grow the portfolio while keeping credit quality strong

Qualifications:

• Finance, Accounting, or Business degree preferred
• Background in commercial or business banking
• Comfortable presenting loan proposals to owners
• Hands-on underwriting and credit analysis skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple deals at once
