Regional Insurance Defense Firm seeking an Associate Attorney for a full docket of litigation matters in Colorado.

Responsibilities:

• Managing cases from intake to resolution
• Conducting depositions
• Handling hearings
• Maintaining compliance with carrier billing guidelines.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar license in Colorado
• Trial or arbitration experience (second chair minimum)
• Experience with carrier clients and carrier litigation guidelines

Compensation:

• 1,800-hour annual billing expectation - target compensation is $130,000 - $185,000. However, there are opportunities to earn more.
