Job Description

Bring your BIM/VDC leadership to structural steel projects near Kemah. As Senior BIM/VDC Coordinator, you'll lead 3D modeling and digital coordination, linking the design team, the shop, and the field so clashes get caught before they turn into costly fixes.

What you'll do

• Keep standards, models, and project files organized and up to date
• Run clash detection and lead coordination meetings with engineers and trades
• Mentor other modelers and lead VDC process improvements
• Support fabrication, erection, and detailing teams with model-based workflows
• Build and manage 3D models in Tekla Structures, Navisworks, and Revit

What you bring

• Understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection
• Hands-on experience with Tekla, Navisworks, and/or Revit
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• 5+ years of BIM/VDC experience in steel, construction, or engineering

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$130K based on experience
• Benefits package
