POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily funeral home operations and ensure exceptional service standards.
• Lead, mentor, and support funeral service professionals.
• Manage operational efficiency, scheduling, and team performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with families, staff, and the surrounding community.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional workplace culture.
• Support organizational growth and continued operational success.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Previous management or supervisory experience within the funeral service industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Passion for providing exceptional family service.
• Professional, motivated, and team-oriented.
• Ability to develop employees and maintain high operational standards.
• Funeral Director licensure preferred, or ability to meet applicable state licensing requirements.
