A well-established general contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is looking for a Superintendent to run industrial projects out of the Frisco area. If you enjoy leading a jobsite, keeping crews safe and productive, and delivering warehouses and manufacturing facilities on schedule, this is a role worth a look.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up industrial projects such as distribution centers, warehouses and light manufacturing facilities
• Build and manage the project schedule and three-week look-aheads
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries and inspections to keep work moving
• Run a safe, organized jobsite and lead daily and weekly safety meetings
• Track quality, punch lists and closeout with the project team
• Work closely with the project manager, owner and design team to solve problems in the field

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial or industrial general contractor
• Experience with tilt-wall, steel and site work on industrial projects
• Strong scheduling skills and comfort with Procore, Microsoft Project or similar tools
• OSHA 30 certification
• A steady, clear leadership style that subcontractors respect
