Job Description

A local bank in Maquoketa is confidentially hiring a Branch Manager to lead its branch and serve customers throughout Jackson County and eastern Iowa. You'll coach the team, grow deposits and loans, and stay active in the local community.

Responsibilities:

• Coach, train, and lead the Maquoketa branch staff
• Bring in new deposits and loans through community outreach and referrals
• Take consumer and small business loan applications from start to finish
• Manage day-to-day branch operations, security, and regulatory compliance
• Take part in Maquoketa community organizations and events
• Keep service friendly, accurate, and consistent for every customer

Qualifications:

• At least three years of retail or community banking experience
• Background in supervising staff or making loans
• Good knowledge of branch operations and banking regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in the community
• Goal-driven and well organized
