Job Description

A community bank in Fountain is seeking a Credit Analyst to support its lending team across El Paso County and the Pikes Peak region of Colorado. You'll work alongside loan officers on underwriting and risk ratings, with room to grow into lending or senior credit.

Responsibilities:

• Spread financial statements and tax returns for business and consumer borrowers
• Risk-rate new loan requests and monitor existing lines of credit
• Write credit summaries for loan officers and committee review
• Assist with month-end, regulatory, and portfolio reports
• Confirm loan files follow bank policy and regulations
• Help onboard and train new analysts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar field
• At least one year of bank credit experience preferred
• Solid analytical and spreadsheet skills
• Collaborative and easy for lenders to partner with
• Wants a career path toward lending or credit leadership
