Job Description

A local bank in Limon is confidentially looking for a Branch Manager to lead its team and serve customers throughout Lincoln County and the eastern plains of Colorado. You'll coach staff, grow deposits and loans, and be a visible part of the community.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and lead the branch team every day
• Build deposits and loans through calling efforts and referrals
• Handle consumer, ag, and small business lending requests
• Run branch operations, security, and compliance
• Represent the bank at Limon community events and groups
• Make sure every customer visit is friendly and accurate

Qualifications:

• Three-plus years of experience in community banking
• Prior experience leading a team or originating loans
• Working knowledge of branch operations and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication
• Motivated by goals and well organized
