Job Description

A well-established and highly regarded litigation firm in Arizona is seeking a driven Associate Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join its growing practice. This multi-state firm is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience in the plaintiff's personal injury space while working in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation from intake through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development
• Maintain strong client communication and case management practices

Qualifications

• 1+ years of litigation experience (personal injury strongly preferred, but willing to train the right candidate)
• Admitted to the Arizona Bar and in good standing
• Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Professional transparency regarding any past grievances (not disqualifying, but must be disclosed)
