A local bank in Meeker is confidentially seeking a Branch Manager to lead its team and serve customers across Rio Blanco County and the White River Valley. The role combines staff leadership, lending, branch operations, and community involvement.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach branch staff to deliver great service
• Grow deposit and loan balances through local relationships
• Originate consumer and small business loan requests
• Keep branch operations, audits, and compliance on track
• Solve customer issues quickly and professionally
• Stay active in local civic and business groups

Qualifications:

• Three or more years in banking
• Experience supervising staff or originating loans
• Understanding of branch procedures and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a service mindset
• Results-focused and organized
