Are you the organized, steady hand who keeps a complex deal on track? A small, tight-knit business brokerage with a proven track record wants a Transaction Relationship Manager to partner with its lead business developer and guide each sale from signed engagement to closing day. It's fully remote, it serves business owners nationwide, and the business is recession-resistant. You'd share in the team's success.

- $50K to $70K base, plus commission on every deal you help close
- Strong year-end team bonus potential, shared across the whole team
- $200/month health insurance stipend

- A process and relationship role, not outbound sales
🔑 What you'll do:
- Manage a portfolio of business sales from signing through closing, usually about 5 to 6 months each
- Coordinate sellers, buyers, lenders, accountants and attorneys so each deal stays on schedule
- Support the lead business developer by owning the process once a client signs
- Spot problems early and solve them, including financing, documents, due diligence and deadlines
- Keep every client informed and confident through the biggest transaction of their career
🎯 What you bring:
- A detail-driven, problem-solving personality. Drive matters more than credentials.
- Strong communication and relationship skills with business owners and professionals
- Comfort reading financial statements (helpful)
- Background in banking, loan portfolio management, closings, brokerage, M&A or project management is a plus
