The Concrete Foreman oversees daily concrete construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate concrete crews and subcontractors on-site.
Oversee concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and curing.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules.
Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe jobsite.
Monitor workmanship, productivity, and quality control.
Communicate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades.
Troubleshoot field issues and ensure projects stay on schedule.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Concrete Foreman or Lead Concrete Worker.
Strong knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, forming, and reinforcement.
Proven leadership and crew management skills.
Ability to read construction drawings and follow project specifications.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship.
