Senior Transactional Real Estate Attorney: Up to $290K and a Flexible Hybrid Schedule in Miami

Our client is seeking an accomplished Transactional Real Estate Attorney with 6+ years of experience to take a leading role on sophisticated commercial real estate matters in Miami. This is an exceptional opportunity to run significant deals, work directly with clients, and help shape the next generation of the practice.

This is a hybrid role: attorneys are in the Miami office two days per week. Everyone is in the office on Wednesdays, and you choose your second in-office day. The role carries a 1,750-hour annual billable requirement.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, joint ventures, financings, and leasing
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and joint venture agreements
• Oversee due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, and environmental review
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and manage deals from term sheet through closing
• Mentor and supervise associates and paralegals

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 6+ years of transactional real estate experience
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
• Board Certification in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar is a plus
