Construction Attorney: Hybrid Schedule in Fort Lauderdale

Our client is seeking a Construction Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Fort Lauderdale office.

This is a hybrid role that combines in-office collaboration with the flexibility to work remotely part of the week.

What You'll Do

• Handle construction disputes and litigation for owners, contractors, and subcontractors
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions and attend hearings and mediations
• Advise clients on construction contracts, claims, and liens
• Work directly with partners on case strategy

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of construction law experience
• Strong writing, advocacy, and client communication skills
