Central Ohio has become one of the fastest-growing data center regions in the country, and the west side of Columbus around Hilliard is right in the middle of it. A well-established builder is looking for a Project Manager to lead hyperscale and colocation work here. What You'll Do

• Lead data center projects from preconstruction and buyout all the way through commissioning and owner turnover

• Own the budget, schedule, cost forecasting, change management and monthly pay applications

• Keep owners, design teams and electrical and mechanical trade partners aligned and moving

• Stay on top of long-lead equipment such as switchgear, generators, UPS systems and chillers

• Work hand in hand with superintendents on safety, quality, phasing and integrated systems testing

• Coach project engineers and assistant project managers and help them grow

What You Bring

• Project management experience on commercial construction, including data center or mission-critical work (required)

• Working knowledge of critical power, cooling and MEP coordination, plus the commissioning process

• A proactive, organized approach to cost and schedule

• Clear, friendly communication with owners, designers and field crews

• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience

What We Offer
