A growing Denver public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Tax Senior Manager or Tax Director ready to lead complex engagements, develop talent, and help shape the firm's future. 🎯 WHO SHOULD TAKE A CLOSER LOOK?
- Active CPA with a bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferred.
- 8–12+ years of public accounting experience.
- Strong technical expertise in complex tax returns, pass-through entities, individual taxation, trusts, and estates.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, lead engagements, and develop talent.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in contributing to firm growth and future ownership.
