Family Law Paralegal – Divorce & Custody (5+ Yrs) – San Antonio, TX

Experienced family law paralegals: here's a chance to do real substantive work, go to court, and work directly with a firm owner who values what you bring. $70K–$95K.

I am partnering directly with the owner of a well-respected San Antonio family law firm handling complex and high-asset divorce, military divorce, same-sex divorce, and child custody cases. The firm is adding a seasoned Family Law Paralegal with 5+ years of family law experience.

This is a full-time, in-person role. The firm tries cases when it is in the client's best interest, so the Family Law Paralegal will be right there for hearings and trials.

What You'll Do

• Draft pleadings, discovery, and financial disclosures
• Keep case files and court deadlines on track, and record billable time
• Help prepare for mediations, hearings, and trials, including going to court with the attorney
• Work with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff

What We Need

• 5+ years of experience as a family law paralegal
• Solid knowledge of Texas family law procedure and billing
• Organized and detail-focused, able to juggle multiple matters at once
• Board Certification in Family Law is a plus

Compensation

• $70K–$95K, based on experience
