Family Law Paralegal – Complex Divorce & Custody – San Antonio, TX

Looking for more than filing and forms? A San Antonio family law firm owner wants a 5+ year Family Law Paralegal who likes hands-on casework and courtroom time. $70K–$95K.

I am working directly with the owner of a reputable San Antonio family law practice focused on complex divorce, high-asset property division, military divorce, same-sex divorce, and child custody matters. This Family Law Paralegal will support the attorneys on substantive work from intake through trial.

Full-time and in-person. This firm goes to trial when that's what's best for the client, and the paralegal goes to court with the attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, discovery responses, and financial disclosures
• Manage files, calendars, and court deadlines; track billable time
• Support mediation and trial preparation and attend hearings and trials
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and court staff

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of family law paralegal experience
• Strong working knowledge of Texas family law procedure, plus billing experience
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several matters at once
• Board Certified Family Law Paralegal preferred, not required

Compensation

• Salary range of $70K–$95K, depending on experience
