We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Class B CDL Drivers to join an established environmental services and waste management operation in Prior Lake, MN. This is an opportunity to join a growing team focused on waste collection, recycling, and sustainable resource recovery while enjoying competitive pay and being home every night.
Safely operate commercial trucks to collect and transport waste and recyclable materials.
Complete assigned routes while maintaining safe, efficient, and timely service.
Transport collected materials to designated disposal sites, landfills, and recycling facilities.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and applicable driving requirements.
Communicate with dispatchers and route managers regarding route completion, delays, and operational issues.
Provide professional customer service at residential and commercial customer locations.
Participate in safety meetings and contribute to route efficiency and continuous improvement.
Valid Class B CDL; Class A CDL also considered.
Safe driving record and commitment to workplace safety.
Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
Waste collection, recycling, roll-off, or environmental services experience is a plus.
Ability to follow assigned routes, work independently, and communicate effectively.
Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and a professional attitude.
Ability to meet applicable DOT physical and licensing requirements.
