A respected law firm is seeking a Florida Litigation Attorney to join its team in Jacksonville. This is an opportunity for an attorney with hands-on litigation experience who can independently handle cases while also supporting colleagues in managing litigation matters efficiently. Specific practice area experience is not required, as the firm is open to someone willing to learn and expand into new areas of law.
Handle litigation matters from case development through resolution
Assist other attorneys with case strategy, preparation, and litigation management
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Participate in hearings, depositions, and court appearances
Help ensure cases move forward efficiently and deadlines are met
Collaborate with attorneys and staff across the practice
Florida Bar admission
Prior hands-on litigation experience
Ability to manage cases and contribute to litigation strategy
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Willingness to assist colleagues and work collaboratively
Adaptability and an eagerness to learn new practice areas
On-site position in Jacksonville
