Job Description

A community bank in Carbondale is hiring a Credit Analyst to support lenders across the Roaring Fork Valley and western Colorado. You'll work closely with loan officers, and the role offers room to grow into lending or credit administration.

Responsibilities:

• Spread financials and analyze new and renewing loan requests
• Risk-rate credits and keep portfolio ratings current
• Prepare credit write-ups for lenders and loan committee
• Support month-end close and regulatory reports
• Track loan covenants, exceptions, and policy compliance
• Help train staff on credit processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required
• A year or more spreading and analyzing bank credits preferred
• Comfortable in Excel and financial spreading software
• Accurate, analytical, and detail focused
• Eager to build toward a lending or credit career
