An established Chicagoland mechanical contractor is hiring a Senior Service Manager to lead its commercial HVAC service department.
What you'll do:
- Lead the HVAC service operations, technicians and service sales
- Own department P&L, maintenance agreements and growth
- Build and maintain key customer relationships
What you bring:
- Commercial HVAC service management experience
- A record of growing a profitable service business
What's offered:
- $120K-$155K base salary, depending on experience
