Job Description

A growing multi-state defense litigation firm is looking for driven attorneys who love litigation and want to try cases. The firm handles complex litigation in construction law, healthcare liability, oil and gas, product liability, trucking and transportation, catastrophic injury, construction defect, premises liability and insurance coverage.

What You'll Do

• Manage cases from start to finish
• Handle written discovery and motion practice
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings and mediations
• Evaluate a case's strengths, weaknesses, settlement value and verdict potential
• Give clients up-to-the-minute reporting, analysis and recommendations

What You Bring

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Oklahoma
• Strong litigation background; insurance defense experience preferred
• Trial experience heavily preferred, but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking and analysis skills
• Attention to detail, organization and a team-player mindset
• Comfort in a fast-paced, demanding environment and willingness to follow the firm's established procedures
