Job Description

An established, employee-owned commercial general contractor in North Texas is looking for a Senior Safety Manager to lead safety across a busy portfolio of projects. You'll set the tone for safety culture in the field, coach project teams and trade partners, and be a trusted partner to operations leadership.

What You'll Do

• Lead the safety program across multiple commercial projects in North Texas
• Conduct site inspections, audits and hazard assessments, and follow through on corrective actions
• Train and mentor field teams, safety staff and trade partners on safe work practices
• Investigate incidents and near misses, track trends and drive prevention plans
• Review subcontractor safety plans and site-specific safety requirements
• Keep projects in compliance with OSHA and company standards

What You Bring

• 8+ years of construction safety experience, ideally with a commercial general contractor
• Experience overseeing safety on multiple large commercial projects
• OSHA 500/510 and CPR/First Aid; CHST or CSP a strong plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coach at every level, from craft to leadership
• A degree in occupational safety, construction management or a related field, or equivalent experience
