Job Description

A respected general contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is looking for a Superintendent to lead field operations on mission critical and data center projects. You'll run the site on fast-paced, ground-up builds with a team that values safety, quality and clear communication.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day field operations on data center and mission critical projects
• Build and manage the site schedule, look-aheads and trade coordination
• Drive a strong safety culture and keep every crew accountable
• Coordinate MEP, electrical and commissioning activities with trade partners
• Manage quality control, inspections and punch list through turnover
• Partner with the project manager on schedule, cost and owner communication

What You Bring

• 7+ years of superintendent experience with a general contractor
• Experience on data center, mission critical or complex industrial projects
• Strong scheduling and MEP coordination skills
• OSHA 30 certification, or willingness to obtain it
• Comfort with Procore, Microsoft Project or P6, and Bluebeam
