Established Houston law firm seeks an experienced Transactional Attorney to advise clients on business transactions.
What you'll do:
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, entity formation and other corporate transactions
- Lead deals from term sheet through closing
- Counsel business clients on day-to-day legal matters
What you bring:
- 5+ years of transactional practice experience
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client skills
Details:
- Onsite position in Houston
- Salary $150,000 - $180,000
