What You'll Do
- Bring blueprints to life: Read and interpret schematics to layout, fit, and fabricate complex parts.
- High-quality welding: Perform MIG, TIG, and occasional stick welding (with a strong focus on stainless steel).
- Operate shop equipment: Safely use saws, drills, grinders, plasma cutters, forklifts, scissor lifts, and overhead cranes.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our engineering team to ensure accuracy, catch errors early, and deliver perfect results for our customers.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven background (5 years+) in stainless steel welding, structural fabrication, and mechanical assembly.
- Drive: A self-motivated professional with great attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Extra skills we love (but aren't deal-breakers): General maintenance knowledge, troubleshooting skills, machining/milling experience, and a basic understanding of shop safety.
The Essentials
- Tools: Bring your tool belt/box with your hand tools. We have the big stuff.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time (which includes some overnight stays).
- License & Transit: A valid driver’s license.
- Screening: Ability to pass a standard screening.
